House rules

• One dog is allowed after prior arrangement/booking.
• Events are not permitted
• Smoking, vaporizers and e-cigarettes are not permitted.
• Commercial photography and filming are not permitted.
• Check-in: 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Check-out: until 11:00 AM
• Your pet is not allowed on the sofa or in the bed and must not be left unattended in the house or on the property. Please also note that our property is not a dog toilet.
• The tenant is prohibited from passing on the house keys or the digital code for the key safe to third parties without consulting the landlord.
• Charging electric vehicles at conventional 230V sockets is not permitted. Electric vehicles can be charged at the charging station after prior arrangement and calculation of the charging costs.
• The rental price includes one (1) set of bed linen for bookings of up to two people. For bookings of three or four people, an additional set for the sofa is included. Should you require another set for up to two people, we charge a fee of €25 per stay. Please contact us before your arrival if you would like this.
• The internet router must not be deactivated.
